For the price, Santiago Guesthouse was a great value. The room was clean and comfortable, with spacious capsules and cozy bedding. The location was perfect, close to the bus station and monorail for easy travel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sylvania who went above and beyond during check-in. A special thanks for the extra pillow and all the useful information provided. Obrigado from Brazil!

The morning meal could have been better with more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Naha. the beds were private and comfortable, with curtains for added privacy. We were pleasantly surprised to find that each bed had its own medium-sized locker included, perfect for storing our valuable belongings. the bathrooms were clean and offered good privacy, with actual doors instead of stalls. the fully equipped kitchen and common area were great for socializing with other guests. the location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main bus station and monorail station. the staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

Our stay at Santiago Guesthouse was exceptional. The staff member went above and beyond to accommodate our late payment, allowing us to shower and rest before settling the bill. The facilities were well-maintained, with clean shared bathrooms and a great lounge area for socializing. The location was convenient, with the downtown area, bus terminal, and monorail station within walking distance. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the spacious area with lockers to store our luggage. I highly recommend this guesthouse for its welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and comfortable amenities.

I had an amazing stay at Santiago Guesthouse. The facilities were spotless and the location was perfect. The showers were super powerful and the communal area was beautifully decorated in a traditional Japanese style. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I also appreciated the convenience of having a FamilyMart/Lawson nearby and a lovely restaurant across the street. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, amenities, and great location.

The location of Santiago Guesthouse was superb. It was conveniently located near the bus terminal and monorail, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering prompt assistance when I misplaced my locker key. The lounge area was spacious and clean, with a variety of reading materials and a TV for entertainment. The beds were comfortable and well-equipped, with curtains for added privacy. The bathrooms were kept clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. I had a great experience at Santiago Guesthouse and would highly recommend it.

The only drawback was the limited number of showers and toilets on each floor, which could be slightly inconvenient during busier periods. However, it wasn't a major issue during my stay.

Best aspects of my stay were the clean and spacious shared rooms. the capsule style beds provided a good amount of privacy, and the modern toilet and shower facilities were top-notch. Another highlight was the well-equipped kitchen, which I appreciated as it was free to use. the location was key, with convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus terminal nearby. Being close to the monorail station made getting around a breeze. I enjoyed the comfortable and convenient stay during my Christmas holiday.

The lack of an elevator was a downside, as it meant carrying luggage up the stairs to the dormitories. I encountered strangers in the common space who may not have been guests, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

The location of the guesthouse is simply unbeatable. It is within a short walking distance to important landmarks such as the bus terminal and the lively International Street. the staff at the guesthouse is extremely friendly and helpful, making communication smooth and easy. the common area is well-equipped with kitchen appliances and ample space to relax and socialize.

The bathrooms on the floor can get crowded at times due to the limited number of toilets and showers available.

I recently stayed at Santiago Guesthouse for a few nights during my trip to Okinawa. The big and awesome common space was a pleasant surprise, and I found myself spending a lot of time there. The dryer actually worked and dried my clothes completely, which was a rarity in my hotel experiences. The location was great, with International Street, Naminoue Beach, and other attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and meeting the owner was a positive highlight. The secure code access to the main entrance and dormitory was convenient, and the small spint for valuables was a thoughtful touch.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the guesthouse is very convenient, with close proximity to the airport and public transportation. It is also situated near popular attractions and has plenty of dining options nearby. The shared rooms provide privacy with capsule-style beds, and the bathroom facilities are clean and modern. The common area is spacious and well equipped with a kitchen for guests to use.

The lockers provided in the guesthouse are quite small, which may not be ideal for those with larger bags or equipment.
