We were pleasantly surprised to find that each bed had its own medium-sized locker included, perfect for storing our valuable belongings. the bathrooms were clean and offered good privacy, with actual doors instead of stalls. the fully equipped kitchen and common area were great for socializing with other guests. the location was ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the main bus station and monorail station. the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of Santiago Guesthouse was superb. It was conveniently located near the bus terminal and monorail, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering prompt assistance when I misplaced my locker key. The lounge area was spacious and clean, with a variety of reading materials and a TV for entertainment. The beds were comfortable and well-equipped, with curtains for added privacy. The bathrooms were kept clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. I had a great experience at Santiago Guesthouse and would highly recommend it.
The only drawback was the limited number of showers and toilets on each floor, which could be slightly inconvenient during busier periods. However, it wasn't a major issue during my stay.

Best aspects of my stay were the clean and spacious shared rooms. the capsule style beds provided a good amount of privacy, and the modern toilet and shower facilities were top-notch. Another highlight was the well-equipped kitchen, which I appreciated as it was free to use. the location was key, with convenience stores, restaurants, and a bus terminal nearby. Being close to the monorail station made getting around a breeze. I enjoyed the comfortable and convenient stay during my Christmas holiday.
The lack of an elevator was a downside, as it meant carrying luggage up the stairs to the dormitories. I encountered strangers in the common space who may not have been guests, which made me feel a bit uneasy.

I recently stayed at Santiago Guesthouse for a few nights during my trip to Okinawa. The big and awesome common space was a pleasant surprise, and I found myself spending a lot of time there. The dryer actually worked and dried my clothes completely, which was a rarity in my hotel experiences. The location was great, with International Street, Naminoue Beach, and other attractions nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and meeting the owner was a positive highlight. The secure code access to the main entrance and dormitory was convenient, and the small spint for valuables was a thoughtful touch.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
